My favorite part about teaching is being able to see the progression of the students learning. I love seeing them benefit from my lessons and seeing them make connections with concepts. I am so excited for next year and there isn't anything I'm not looking forward to. I think my internship year will be so beneficial for me and I'm going to learn so much as well as build new relationships with students and teachers:) -Courtney
My favorite part of teaching is knowing that I am making a difference in a child's life. I love when you get to see those aha moments and then have them apply that to something else! I think it will also be rewarding when the student moves up to the next grade knowing that you got them this far! The thing that I am not looking forward to about teaching is all the politics that have been surrounding it lately with funding. I think this is going to be very discouraging and takes away from the importance of education.
